Our friends invited up to join them at the 1st Annual Tamale Festival last weekend. It was fabulous! We had a great time and enjoyed yummy tamales! Our favorite ones were from Tehas Barbacoa & Tamales in Helotes, TX. They actually won the People's Choice Award! Yup, they were that yummy!It was a great little festival. They had live music, great food and drinks, lots of families, and it was wonderfully decorated. They even topped the evening off with fire works! We will be back next year, for sure.
